Announcement

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden death of June (Hunt) DeMichiel.  June died suddenly yesterday morning, May 19^th.  June touched the lives of many here at St. Paul’s.  She was a Sunday School Teacher and was presently a Confirmation assistant, a member of the Fellowship and Christian Education Committees, and a member of the Altar Guild and St. Paul’s Women of the ELCA; she attended Wednesday morning Bible Study and participated in Tai Chi.  June also served as a Communion Assistant and had been a Eucharistic Minister.  She also substituted on St. Paul’s team at the Soup Kitchen.  We will miss her ever-present smile and helping hand a whole lot.  Please keep her beloved husband, Bob, in your prayers; June and Bob would have celebrated their 58^th wedding anniversary on Monday, May 23^rd.  June is also survived by her sister Linda (Hunt) Samele, her husband, Robert, and their son, Christopher, and Bob’s brother, Johnny.  Arrangements have not been made as of this writing but a Memorial service will be held.
