Do you like to interact with people? Would you like to help spread the word about the work of our church? We are looking for some volunteers to man/”wo”man a table at the Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings (10am – 1pm) and Tuesday afternoons (3pm – 6pm) that takes place here in our church parking lot each week. Please let the church office (860/482-3555) know if you can help and on which day, Tuesday or Saturday, and which dates. We need a couple of people for this Saturday, July 16th to help publicize our upcoming Car Show (on July 23rd), Vacation Bible School (July 25-29), and the Tag Sale (August 13th). The office will make the flyers for you to share. This is a terrific opportunity for evangelism; you may even engage in a conversation with someone who may be searching for a church to call their own! Invite them to join you on Sunday morning! Volunteers can be adults, families, or friends; if you have children, bring them along too and they can engage in conversation about their church too!
