Sharing Garden meeting this Sunday after church

The Sharing Garden Committee is meeting Sunday after church (11:15) in the parlor.

We will be going over the year’s season and having a presentation by Adam Seleman of his Eagle Scout project.  He graciously donated time and talent in providing very needed new beds and assistance with our irrigation system.

Any one interested in helping in any way from donating seedlings or financial support, to assistance with weeding or watering, to harvesting or even just putting the beds to rest at the end of the season is encouraged to attend.  A green thumb is NOT needed and the bounty is delivered to those in need primarily through the Torrington area food banks.  If you have questions or cannot attend, please contact any member of the committee, Sharon Maziarz, Mary and Steve Grening, June Seiser, Linda and Tom Boyd, Deb Seitz, May and Jacob Friday.

 

Tag and Bake Sale coming up on July 8th! Donations needed!

Bake sale items are need for July 8th.
Drop off for the goodies will be July 7th . We ask that you package goodies separately in plastic sandwich bags.

Tag Sale donations will be accepted up until 4:00 pm on Thursday July 6th, giving us time to price items. If you would like to volunteer to help set up the Fellowship Hall and work the day of, please see Lisa Bodnar.
